Our Mission
Pathway Into The Community’s mission is to enhance the lives of adults with disabilities and caregivers by providing supportive services and innovative solutions that foster meaningful community connections and lead to a self-sustaining life.
Our Programs
We offer a wide range of services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve. From job training and placement to recreational activities and social events, we strive to provide a comprehensive support system that empowers our clients to reach their full potential.
At Pathway Into The Community, we also recognize the importance of building strong relationships within the community.
